First of all, let me add that I have been researching this protocol forever!! Also waiting for the hcg took forever as well. i order from an canadian co, dd.ca, the echeck process ended up taking 2 weeks. It woul'dve taken longer if i hadn't complained to them. So they got with the program and sent me my hcg. i ordered 9.13 and recieved it 10.14. It was crazy waiting pd. for me. For some reason or another my dumbass decided to mix my sublingual formula with 4 ml of gin (alcohol) instead of 2 ml. I am doing a 20 ml, 250 ius split with my husband. Which gives us 20 days of hcg bliss. Now I'm really freaking out, thinking i killed my hcg with gin, so who knows. Didn't give up...I never give up, just my natures.

I loaded for 2.5 days. It was hard getting food down. But that did not stop me from eating. I ate In n out, cheeseburger meal, and boy did it feel great knowing full well I was eating for a good cause. Thinking back on it now, I highly suggest you enjoy these 2/3 loading days. It really it your last hurrah before your descendence into subconcious food hunger hell!!
